Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By purchasing or accessing 30 Day Local Agency Launch ("the Program"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or program.

2. What You Get

A one-time payment of $297 gives you access to the training library, 90 days of mentorship, live Zoom support at agreed times, and unlimited text support during the 90-day window. Access to training materials continues after the mentorship window ends, but active mentorship does not.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We teach strategies and provide mentorship, but we cannot and do not guarantee income, client acquisition, or specific business results. Your results depend on your effort, execution, market, and other factors outside our control.

4. License & Intellectual Property

All videos, scripts, templates, and materials are owned by us and licensed to you for personal use in your own agency business. You may not share, resell, redistribute, republish, or use the material to build a competing course or program.

5. Account & Conduct

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts are for a single user and may not be shared. We may suspend or terminate accounts that share access, abuse the mentor, or violate these terms — without refund.

6. Payment & Refunds

Payment is a one-time $297 charge processed by Stripe. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or program after changes means you accept the updated terms.
